Web Console Administration
Avast’s updated web console offers an at-a-glance summary of your security posture, with device counts, threat detection, and a threat trendline in a single glance. Though the dashboard provides only top-level information, fast-switch buttons enable going straight to comprehensive reports. The new Patch Management Dashboard is a welcome new feature and shows the number of devices needing updates — one of the strongest enhancements in this version.

Improved Reporting & Patch Management
Reporting functionality has been substantially improved. You may schedule reports, gain access to more data, and track the use of remote access — a key feature of security management. Though a comprehensive audit log of user and policy changes isn’t offered, tracking of remote access usage provides useful clarity and control.
